My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect, just minutes away from all the main attractions, shops, and the train station, making it super convenient. However, the rooms were not up to par - they were dark, dingy, and smelly, with intermittent issues with electrics and the lift. The noise from the corridors was bothersome, and dealing with surly staff didn't help either. On the bright side, the room was spacious, even though it stunk of cigarettes, and my retainers ended up with the smell. All in all, the experience was marred by being bitten by bed bugs.
